  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, risk, and technology to design and implement rewards initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously evolve the rewards strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of rewards propositions, from ideation and testing to launch and performance optimization

  • Partner with external vendors and partners to enhance rewards offerings, such as travel, retail, or lifestyle benefits

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, proposition development, or rewards strategy within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading market-specific strategies for consumer banking or credit card products
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory environment, including FCA guidelines on consumer rewards and incentives
  • Experience in conceptualizing and launching customer loyalty or rewards programs
