Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the UK savings product proposition, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals and customer needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in savings offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, risk, and technology to launch and optimize savings products
• Monitor performance metrics of savings propositions and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback and data insights
• Ensure all savings products comply with UK regulatory requirements, including FCA rules on transparency and consumer protection
• Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance engagement and retention in JP Morgan Chase's savings portfolio
• Partner with sales and distribution teams to promote savings products effectively across UK channels
• Analyze industry trends in savings and personal finance to inform proposition strategy
• Manage the lifecycle of savings propositions from ideation through to implementation and ongoing evaluation
• Contribute to the broader retail banking strategy by integrating savings propositions with other JP Morgan Chase offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, proposition development, or similar roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing savings or retail banking products in the UK market
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory environment, including FCA guidelines for savings products
• Experience in market analysis and competitive benchmarking for financial propositions
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience working at a major UK bank or financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
