Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Unity, aligning with J.P. Morgan's broader payments ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver innovative client experiences
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in real-time payments
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance scalability and security
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements and feedback
• Oversee product launches, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and risk management standards
• Analyze product performance metrics to iterate and optimize Unity's offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record of leading product strategy and execution in a complex, regulated environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Experience with client-facing products in banking or payments
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as GDPR and FCA guidelines
