  • Design measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact and ROI of benefits initiatives, using data-driven insights
  • Lead the planning and implementation of key benefits projects, collaborating with HR, finance, and vendor partners
  • Analyze market trends in employee benefits within the financial services sector to recommend competitive enhancements
  • Partner with senior leadership to align benefits strategies with JP Morgan Chase's overall talent and business objectives
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all benefits design and strategy efforts
  • Conduct benchmarking studies against industry peers to optimize health care offerings
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in benefits programs
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on benefits performance metrics and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits design, strategy, or employee health programs within a large corporate environment
  • Proven track record in measuring and analyzing benefits program effectiveness, particularly in health care initiatives
  • Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory landscape for employee benefits, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to implement benefits strategies in a financial services context
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools for benefits metrics and ROI analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR Management, Public Health, or Finance
  • Experience in the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to high-stakes employee wellness programs
  • Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS or SHRM-CP)
