You will report to the Head of U.S. Benefits and collaborate with executive leaders to align benefits strategies with our core values of innovation, integrity, and client focus. In this strategic role, you will lead the design and optimization of comprehensive health care benefits programs tailored to the diverse needs of our U.S. employees, from entry-level analysts to senior executives. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market analyses to benchmark against peers in banking and finance, developing cost-effective wellness solutions that address rising health care costs, and ensuring seamless integration with our global benefits framework. You will leverage data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for enhancement—such as incorporating telehealth or mental health support—and present actionable recommendations to influence enterprise-wide decisions. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction and engagement, key drivers of performance in our high-pressure financial services environment.
