  • Analyze market trends and competitive benchmarks in the financial services sector to recommend innovative benefits enhancements
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize costs for benefits programs
  • Lead vendor evaluations and negotiations for health care providers, focusing on value-based care models suitable for a large-scale financial firm
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies around benefits, including communication campaigns to drive utilization and satisfaction
  • Conduct data-driven assessments of benefits utilization and effectiveness, reporting insights to senior leadership to inform future strategy
  • Partner with global benefits teams to align U.S. programs with international standards while addressing unique financial industry needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in benefits design, strategy, or employee wellness programs within a large corporate environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing U.S. health care benefits strategies, with knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and other federal regulations
  • Experience in financial services industry, preferably with exposure to high-stakes employee retention and compliance challenges
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to inform benefits decisions and measure program ROI
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional teams on benefits initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Certification in benefits administration (e.g., CEBS or SHRM-CP)
