Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for U.S. Custody services, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's broader asset and wealth management goals
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to enhance custody product offerings, including fund accounting and securities settlement
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for product innovation in custody solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with institutional clients, ensuring custody products meet their needs for safekeeping, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new custody services, such as ESG-integrated custody or digital asset custody
  • Oversee risk assessment and compliance for custody products, ensuring adherence to U.S. financial regulations
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of best practices within JP Morgan's Custody team
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for custody products and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, custody services, or related areas within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. custody operations, including securities lending, collateral management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, OCC rules)
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching financial products
  • Strong understanding of global custody markets and emerging trends in asset servicing
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA or FRM certification
  • Prior experience at a major global bank like JP Morgan Chase in custody or asset management
  • Familiarity with technology integration in custody platforms, such as blockchain or AI-driven analytics
