Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, providing tailored advisory services on fund financing, liquidity solutions, and investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders, including fund managers, general partners, and limited partners, to deliver premiere client service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank to structure customized financial products and solutions
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on fund investments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support client meetings and business development initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private equity and venture capital sectors
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks and ethical standards in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private banking, fund services, or client advisory roles within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of private equity and venture capital fund structures, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships with high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or CFA designation
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients in a private banking environment
