Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative and operational support to Private Bankers serving ultra-high net worth clients
  • Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, and transaction processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of investment, lending, and advisory services
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and reviews
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards, including KYC and AML protocols
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering documentation and setting up accounts
  • Monitor client portfolios for updates and flag any issues to advisors promptly
  • Support team initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention in the U.S. Private Bank
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to leverage J.P. Morgan's digital tools for efficient service
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of wealth management principles and ultra-high net worth client needs
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client information
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 7 and Series 63 within 120 days of hire
