  • Collaborate with advisors to develop and implement tailored financial strategies for clients
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching to enhance service quality and compliance adherence
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive relationship management
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling J.P. Morgan's wealth management and investment products
  • Ensure all team activities comply with regulatory standards and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Analyze client feedback and metrics to continuously improve service processes
  • Coordinate with internal partners such as investment and lending teams to support holistic client solutions
  • Contribute to the strategic planning for the Newark, DE client service operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in client service within private banking or wealth management
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-net-worth client environment
  • Strong understanding of ultra-high net worth client needs and financial products
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
