Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank Client Center in San Francisco, including seminars, receptions, and personalized experiences for high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborate with Private Bank advisors to align events with client needs, such as wealth management workshops or exclusive networking opportunities
  • Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution while adhering to J.P. Morgan's compliance and risk standards
  • Develop creative event concepts that enhance client engagement and loyalty in the competitive private banking sector
  • Handle on-site event coordination, including setup, guest management, and troubleshooting to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Track event performance metrics, such as attendance, feedback, and ROI, to refine future initiatives and support business development goals

Required Qualifications
