Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized financial advice to high net worth clients, including investment portfolio management and asset allocation strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement with JP Morgan Private Bank services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as investment specialists and estate planners, to provide holistic wealth management solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on risk management and compliance
  • Develop customized financial plans incorporating lending, philanthropy, and family governance
  • Prospect and onboard new clients through referrals and networking in the San Antonio community
  • Ensure all advisory activities adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards
  • Prepare reports and presentations on client portfolios using JP Morgan's advanced analytics tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships with high net worth individuals
  • Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning, and tax strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
  • Experience with ultra-high net worth clients (assets over $10M)
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's proprietary tools and platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish for the San Antonio market
  • Prior experience in the Texas financial services sector
