Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized financial advice to high net worth clients, including investment portfolio management and asset allocation strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions covering wealth preservation, retirement, and estate planning
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to identify opportunities for expanding banking and advisory services
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's network of specialists in lending, investments, and philanthropy to provide holistic solutions
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to proactively advise clients on risk management and portfolio adjustments
  • Prepare and present customized financial reports and performance analyses to clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions
  • Participate in business development activities, such as client seminars and networking events in the San Antonio area
  • Support team efforts in achieving branch revenue and client satisfaction goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships with high net worth individuals
  • Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning, and tax strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment at a leading global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients (assets over $10M)
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, given the San Antonio market
  • Prior experience at a premier private banking firm like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of local Texas economic trends and real estate markets
