Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, holistic financial advice to high net worth clients, including investment management, wealth planning, and liquidity solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and trusts in the Las Vegas region
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's network of specialists in lending, investments, and philanthropy to create customized client strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagement in Nevada
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and portfolio analyses to optimize client outcomes and mitigate risks
  • Ensure compliance with all internal JP Morgan policies and external regulations while managing client portfolios
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and market updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor economic trends and market conditions to advise on timely adjustments to client financial plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution of client transactions and services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services for high net worth individuals
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios exceeding $50 million in assets under management
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions in the U.S. financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, and banking compliance standards
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients in a boutique or private banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Prior experience at a leading financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or competitors such as UBS or Merrill Lynch
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, to serve diverse client bases in Las Vegas
