Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic financial advisory services to high net worth clients, including investment management, wealth planning, and risk assessment
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, and trusts to meet their comprehensive financial needs
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's cross-functional teams, including investment specialists, credit officers, and estate planning experts, to create customized solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach in the Charlotte region
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses to ensure alignment with client goals and JP Morgan's risk management standards
  • Advise on complex financial strategies such as multi-generational wealth transfer, philanthropy, and alternative investments
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEC, FINRA, and internal JP Morgan policies
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide proactive insights and adjustments to client portfolios
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the U.S. Private Bank practice in Charlotte

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services for high net worth individuals
  • Active Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses, or equivalent FINRA registrations
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios exceeding $50 million in assets under management
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients in a boutique or institutional banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
  • Prior experience at a leading financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or competitors such as UBS or Merrill Lynch
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language relevant to Charlotte's diverse client base
