Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, holistic financial advice to high net worth clients, including investment management, retirement planning, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Milwaukee area, identifying opportunities to expand JP Morgan Private Bank services
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as investment specialists, credit officers, and estate planning experts to create customized solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and portfolio analyses to optimize client outcomes and mitigate risks
  • Drive new business growth by prospecting and networking within the local community and professional circles

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high net worth client advisory within the financial services industry
  • Active Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 and 65), and Life and Health Insurance licenses
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios exceeding $50 million in assets under management
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, and banking compliance standards
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet client needs in the Milwaukee region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWIs) in the Midwest market
  • Prior role at a premier financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or a comparable firm
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken by Milwaukee's diverse client base
