Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth clients, providing tailored financial advice to meet their unique needs
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including investment management, retirement strategies, and wealth transfer planning
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's network of specialists in lending, investments, and philanthropy to deliver holistic solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Antonio market to grow the client portfolio
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to ensure alignment with risk tolerance and financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEC, FINRA, and internal JP Morgan policies
  • Prepare and present customized financial reports and recommendations during client meetings
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall performance in the U.S. Private Bank

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services for high net worth individuals
  • Active Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios exceeding $50 million in assets under management
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions in the U.S. financial services sector
  • Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients in the Southwest region, particularly Texas markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the diverse client base in San Antonio
  • Prior experience at a premier financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or a comparable firm
  • Strong network within the high net worth community in Texas, including family offices and business owners
