Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth clients, providing tailored financial advice and solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning assessments, including investment, retirement, estate, and philanthropy strategies
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase's network of specialists in lending, investments, and trust services to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Scottsdale and greater Arizona market
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to ensure alignment with risk tolerance and financial goals
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and market updates to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEC, FINRA, and internal JP Morgan policies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the U.S. Private Bank's growth initiatives
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and community outreach to enhance JP Morgan Chase's brand presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
  • Active Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth client portfolios with assets under management exceeding $50 million
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, and tax strategies in the U.S. financial services sector
  • Experience with holistic financial planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
  • Prior experience at a premier financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or a comparable firm
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the Scottsdale market demographics
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within the Southwest U.S. region
