Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic financial advisory services to high net worth clients, including investment management, wealth planning, and customized lending solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts, acting as their primary point of contact at JP Morgan Private Bank
  • Develop and implement personalized investment strategies aligned with clients' risk tolerance, goals, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists, tax advisors, and estate planners, to provide integrated solutions
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and new business development within existing client networks
  • Conduct regular client reviews and performance reporting, ensuring transparency and proactive advice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies while managing client assets securely
  • Participate in client prospecting events and contribute to the growth of the Private Bank in the Summit, NJ market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high net worth client advisory within the financial services industry
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain them
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios exceeding $50 million in assets under management
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, estate planning, tax strategies, and credit solutions tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, and banking compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on client-centric service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience working with family offices or multi-generational wealth transfer planning
  • Bilingual proficiency, particularly in languages spoken by diverse high net worth clients in the Northeast region
