  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to identify opportunities for private business advisory services
  • Oversee the creation of innovative product offerings, such as family office structures and liquidity solutions for private company owners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services for high net worth individuals
  • Proven track record in developing and launching financial products or advisory services tailored to ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. regulatory environment, including SEC, FINRA, and banking regulations relevant to private wealth management
  • Strong understanding of holistic financial planning, including investment strategies, estate planning, and tax optimization
  • Experience working with family offices or private business owners in advisory capacities
  • Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or equivalent certifications required

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation
  • Prior experience at a leading private bank or wealth management firm serving clients with $50M+ in assets
  • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin to serve diverse client bases in Los Angeles
