Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for U.S. Private Bank offerings, from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including investment advisors, compliance teams, and technology groups to define product roadmaps
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new private banking products
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance client experience and drive revenue growth
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, iterating based on client feedback and market trends
  • Ensure all products adhere to J.P. Morgan's risk management and regulatory standards
  • Partner with technology teams to integrate innovative solutions like AI-driven advisory tools
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product strategy within J.P. Morgan Private Bank
  • Present product updates and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or wealth management
  • Proven track record in managing the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Private Banking products and services
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in the financial industry, including SEC and FINRA requirements
