Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic programs within the U.S. Private Bank, focusing on client onboarding and portfolio management initiatives
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends in client portfolios and market opportunities, utilizing JP Morgan's proprietary tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including relationship managers and investment advisors to enhance program delivery
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership on program performance and risk assessments
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting private banking services and recommend compliance adjustments
• Participate in cohort activities within the Banker Analyst Program, including training sessions and networking events
• Contribute to process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing efficiency measures
• Support client advisory processes by gathering and synthesizing financial data for high-net-worth individuals
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for private banking programs and provide insights for optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, or analytical roles
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Demonstrated interest in wealth management and private banking through internships or coursework
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience at a financial institution such as JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory compliance in the U.S.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• CFA Level I candidate or completion of relevant certifications like Series 7 or 63
