Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, KYC compliance, and account setup in alignment with J.P. Morgan's standards
  • Facilitate the preparation and review of client reports, performance summaries, and customized financial updates using J.P. Morgan's proprietary platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as investment management and trust services, to execute client requests efficiently
  • Monitor client portfolios for service opportunities, escalating issues to senior advisors as needed
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance protocols, maintaining accurate records in J.P. Morgan's systems
  • Support client meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the U.S. Private Bank

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management
  • Proven track record of supporting ultra-high net worth clients with complex financial needs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the U.S. financial sector, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications
