Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products in financial services or enterprise environments

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design principles applied to complex, data-sensitive applications
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a global financial institution
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services, such as data privacy and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
