Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business heads, providing strategic insights on vendor strategies to optimize performance and drive key initiatives
  • Lead the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and performance monitoring
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on vendors to ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's regulatory and operational standards
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve cost savings and enhanced service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, finance, and IT, to mitigate vendor-related risks
  • Develop and implement vendor performance metrics and dashboards to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive vendor diversity initiatives and support sustainable sourcing practices aligned with JPMorgan Chase's corporate responsibility goals
  • Manage vendor dispute resolution and escalation processes to maintain strong partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and negotiating contracts in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements such as those from the SEC, OCC, and FDIC
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving vendor-related initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze vendor performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior business leaders
