Based in New York, NY, this position reports to the Digital Accessibility Program Director and involves leading independent testing efforts to uphold WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across web, mobile, and enterprise applications used by millions of retail and institutional clients. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of testers conducting manual and automated audits, focusing on high-impact areas like secure online transactions, mobile banking apps, and data visualization tools for wealth management. Your responsibilities will include developing testing protocols tailored to financial services regulations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508, while integrating accessibility into our agile development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and compliance officers to remediate issues, ensuring that accessibility enhances rather than hinders the user experience in time-sensitive financial environments. Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership by staying abreast of emerging standards like WCAG 2.2 and advising on their application to JPMorgan Chase's global digital ecosystem.
