Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Agile teams within the Payments Technology Digital Channels group to adopt and mature Agile practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery of innovative payment solutions
  • Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple squads, promoting a culture of high performance and adaptability in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align Agile processes with business objectives in digital channels
  • Identify and mitigate impediments to team velocity, providing metrics and insights to senior leadership on Agile health and maturity
  • Mentor team members on Agile principles, tools, and best practices, while integrating financial services-specific requirements like risk management
  • Support the development of scalable, secure payment technologies by embedding Agile practices into the software development lifecycle
  • Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops tailored to JPMorgan Chase's Payments Technology initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key Agile KPIs, such as velocity, burndown charts, and defect rates, to optimize team performance

  • Strong understanding of payments technology and digital channels in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
