Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Agile teams within JP Morgan Chase's Payments Technology and Digital Channels division, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure efficient delivery of innovative payment solutions
  • Drive the adoption of Agile best practices across squads, promoting high-performance delivery of digital channel enhancements for global banking clients
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align Agile processes with business objectives in the financial services sector
  • Identify and mitigate impediments to team velocity, optimizing workflows for payments technology projects under tight regulatory timelines
  • Coach senior leaders on Agile principles to scale practices enterprise-wide at JP Morgan Chase
  • Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team health to support data-driven decisions
  • Integrate Agile methodologies with emerging technologies like AI and blockchain in digital payments
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk management and security standards within Agile frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, within technology or financial services environments
  • Proven track record as an Agile Coach or Lead, successfully implementing Agile practices in large-scale organizations
  • Deep knowledge of payments technology and digital channels, with experience in financial services innovation
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking, such as PCI-DSS and GDPR, applied to Agile delivery
