You will identify emerging AI trends in fintech, such as generative AI for customer interactions or machine learning for predictive modeling, and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of AI product strategies to drive innovation in JP Morgan Chase's financial services offerings, such as intelligent advisory tools or automated compliance systems
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize AI features that align with firm-wide goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on AI trends in fintech to identify opportunities for enhancing client experiences in areas like wealth management or transaction processing
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, ensuring AI solutions meet regulatory standards and deliver ROI
• Manage cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing platforms, focusing on scalability and security in a global banking context
• Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for AI products, such as adoption rates, accuracy improvements, and cost savings, and report progress to senior leadership
• Foster partnerships with internal AI research teams and external vendors to accelerate development of cutting-edge tools like predictive analytics for market risks
• Ensure ethical AI practices by incorporating bias detection and transparency measures into product designs, in line with JP Morgan's commitment to responsible innovation
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the firm's AI governance framework to support sustainable growth in financial technology

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products in a financial services or technology environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences or operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and AI ethics in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced corporate setting
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business strategies and measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration with a focus on technology or finance
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase, working on AI initiatives in risk management, fraud detection, or personalized banking
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployments
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
