  • Lead the development and solutioning of tailored B2B product offerings, collaborating closely with Sales teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Act as a key advisor to clients, providing expertise on JP Morgan Chase's suite of commercial banking, treasury, and capital markets products
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions
  • Drive the end-to-end client engagement process, from needs assessment to solution implementation and ongoing support
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend enhancements to existing B2B solutions, ensuring competitive positioning
  • Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities and customizing solutions for mid-to-large enterprise clients
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards, mitigating potential compliance risks
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of the Client Solutions team in Chicago

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on B2B client solutions or product management
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions in a banking or capital markets environment
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products, treasury services, and payment solutions offered by JP Morgan Chase
