Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-priority projects within Chase Travel, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth in travel services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and finance to deliver innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions in the financial services travel portfolio
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, risk assessments, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
