Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and optimization of BI solutions for HR Data & Analytics, ensuring seamless integration with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise systems
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of new cloud-based tools, including migration strategies from on-premise to cloud environments like AWS
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, IT teams, and senior leadership to identify analytics needs and deliver actionable insights for talent management and workforce strategy
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that support financial services-specific metrics, such as employee productivity in risk and compliance areas
  • Oversee data quality, governance, and security protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the banking sector
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in HR analytics practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or HR technology roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading BI solutions implementation and management in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on experience in migration projects
  • Experience in HR data management, including talent analytics, workforce planning, and compliance with financial regulations like GDPR and SOX
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new technologies through stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies in cross-functional teams
