Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to drive innovation in technology, product, and design functions, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's growth objectives in financial services
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and client experiences
• Oversee cross-functional teams to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology and product projects
• Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend innovative solutions for banking products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all technology and design initiatives
• Facilitate partnerships between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to accelerate product delivery
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on initiative progress and ROI
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing business management group
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies for new technology implementations in the financial sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or consulting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in technology and product development initiatives
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance in banking and fintech
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
