Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in technology and product development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance in banking and fintech
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive levels
