Key Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on category sourcing strategies to optimize costs and drive efficiency in JPMorgan Chase's operations
• Develop and implement performance enhancement initiatives, including vendor negotiations and contract management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or business management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in advising senior business leaders on strategic initiatives and performance enhancement
• Strong understanding of category sourcing strategies, vendor management, and risk mitigation in a regulated environment
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and cost optimization in large-scale operations
