Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive competitor intelligence program for Chase Home Lending Originations and Servicing
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' strategies, products, pricing, and market positioning in the home lending space
  • Develop actionable insights and reports to inform business strategy, product development, and risk management decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and compliance to integrate intelligence into operational workflows

Required Qualifications
