Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client support and execution for product migrations within the Central Migrations Office, ensuring seamless transitions for JP Morgan Chase clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to drive efficiency and mitigate risks in migration projects
  • Develop and implement migration strategies that align with JP Morgan's global standards and client needs in the financial services sector
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution
  • Provide expert guidance on client onboarding and support during migrations, resolving issues proactively
  • Analyze migration processes for continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to report progress, risks, and outcomes of migration initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the migration lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, client support, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale migrations or implementations in banking or financial environments
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in global financial institutions
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management at a senior level
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMP certification
