Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ConnectWealth PMO, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of program initiatives to enhance wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets in alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and regulatory adherence
  • Identify and mitigate risks across ConnectWealth programs, providing regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between London-based teams and global stakeholders to optimize resource allocation
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs and analytics, implementing continuous improvement measures
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and align on priorities for wealth advisory tools
  • Support the rollout of digital enhancements in ConnectWealth, including client portal upgrades and data analytics capabilities
  • Ensure all program activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management framework and industry standards
  • Mentor junior PMO staff and contribute to the development of best practices within the wealth management division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or product development within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing complex programs in wealth management or digital banking platforms
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial sectors, including GDPR and FCA guidelines
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global banking environment
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with wealth management platforms or fintech integrations at a major bank
  • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management credentials
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in asset management or advisory services
