  • Lead the development and execution of the Digital Accessibility Oversight Program, ensuring alignment with JPMC's enterprise-wide compliance goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and legal to integrate accessibility into digital product lifecycles
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of JPMC's digital platforms, websites, and mobile applications to maintain WCAG compliance
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for accessibility metrics, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital accessibility, compliance, or program management within the financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant accessibility standards
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in oversight and reporting for digital initiatives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including those from FINRA, SEC, and global accessibility mandates
  • Experience with accessibility auditing tools and processes in large-scale enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or certifications such as CPACC, WAS, or CSSGB
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation projects in banking
