Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's customer needs in wealth management and consumer banking
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features using data-driven insights
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in digital financial services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in digital product development within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital products
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Experience with data analytics tools and interpreting customer data to drive product decisions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services, such as GDPR, CCPA, and banking compliance standards
