Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading design strategy for digital products in banking or fintech environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative, inclusive design solutions for complex user experiences
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in large-scale organizations
