Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Latin America Corporate Banking business unit
  • Provide strategic business management support to senior leadership, including performance analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive revenue growth in Latin American markets
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies specific to corporate banking in the region
  • Oversee project management for business initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance business opportunities
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on business performance and market trends
  • Support talent development and team building within the Latin America corporate banking group
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, business management, or strategic planning within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in corporate banking, with specific experience in Latin American markets
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a multinational banking environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in a global organization
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to travel within Latin America as needed
