We are seeking a Vice President in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for our Global Corporate Banking team in Chicago, IL, to drive strategic financial oversight and performance excellence in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial strategies for the Global Corporate Banking division, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's overall business objectives
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership on financial health and trends
• Collaborate with business partners to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives
• Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Support strategic decision-making through advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Drive process improvements in FP&A operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence in financial analysis
• Interface with global stakeholders to integrate regional financial data into consolidated reporting
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects, such as M&A evaluations or product profitability assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on corporate banking or financial services
• Proven track record in developing and managing financial strategies for global operations
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics analysis
• Experience with budgeting processes in a large-scale financial institution
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in global banking, including Basel III and Dodd-Frank

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification
• Experience in global corporate banking at a tier-1 financial institution
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal financial systems and tools
• Prior leadership role in FP&A for consumer or corporate banking divisions
• International experience managing financial operations across multiple regions
