Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of generative AI solutions to enhance JPMorgan Chase's predictive analytics capabilities in areas like market forecasting and customer personalization
• Collaborate with firmwide teams to integrate generative AI into core banking products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Develop and deploy scalable AI models using generative techniques to automate complex financial workflows and drive operational efficiency
• Conduct research on emerging generative AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to financial services challenges
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation in predictive science within the technology organization
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management frameworks, including bias detection and model explainability
• Partner with data governance teams to manage datasets for training generative models while maintaining data privacy
• Monitor and optimize AI performance in production environments, iterating based on real-world financial data insights
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that leverage generative AI for firmwide impact, such as improving cybersecurity through synthetic threat simulation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI technologies such as LLMs and diffusion models
• Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in a financial services environment, including risk management or compliance applications
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying scalable AI models in production
• Knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC guidelines) and ethical AI practices in banking
