Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to ensure seamless service delivery for global fund clients
• Oversee end-to-end fund servicing processes, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction within JPMorgan's Fund Services organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technology, to align operations with business goals
• Monitor and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls
• Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) to support client success and JPMorgan's strategic objectives
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to optimize fund operations workflows
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, contributing to the overall success of the Global Fund Services division
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to support scalable fund servicing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 5 years in fund services or asset management
• Proven leadership experience managing operations teams in a high-volume, client-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of global fund administration, custody, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, UCITS, AIFMD)
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency and service delivery improvements in a banking context
• Experience with risk management and compliance in fund servicing operations

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or equivalent
• International exposure to fund services across multiple jurisdictions
• Background in technology integration for operations, such as automation tools in fund accounting
