Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation of current global mobility processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement
  • Conduct quantitative analyses using financial metrics to assess the impact of mobility programs on JP Morgan Chase's operations
  • Design and implement visionary future-state processes to streamline expatriate relocations and talent deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance with global regulations
  • Drive strategic initiatives to optimize costs and improve employee experience in international assignments
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobility processes, reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitate change management efforts to adopt new processes across JP Morgan Chase's global network
  • Partner with technology teams to integrate automation tools for mobility workflows
  • Conduct stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and align on process improvement goals
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in global mobility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading global mobility programs or expatriate management initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in evaluating current operational states and designing future-state processes
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in international financial services, including cross-border mobility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global stakeholders
