Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partnering role within financial services
  • Proven track record of advising senior leaders on HR strategies in a global banking environment
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines and international compliance standards
  • Experience managing talent acquisition, development, and retention in high-stakes financial operations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
