Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Private Client Advisors focused on client experience enhancement and sales techniques

  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure advisors meet JP Morgan's high standards in client service
  • Develop and implement onboarding curricula that integrate regulatory compliance and product knowledge specific to private banking
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and feedback to continuously improve programs
  • Support sales initiatives by creating resources that align with JP Morgan's wealth management strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and simulations to build advisors' skills in client relationship management
  • Partner with senior leadership to align training objectives with business goals in the Private Client segment
  • Monitor industry trends in financial services to update training materials accordingly
  • Ensure all training complies with FINRA, SEC, and internal JP Morgan policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, coaching, or talent development within financial services
  • Proven track record in sales training and onboarding programs for client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of wealth management and private banking principles
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in adult learning, coaching, or financial planning (e.g., CFP, CPTD)
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
