Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, partnership management, or marketing within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategies for premium customer experiences, such as loyalty programs or travel benefits
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, customer value propositions, and competitive landscape in the payments and banking sector
  • Experience managing external partnerships with vendors or service providers in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making using tools like Excel or Tableau
