Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in payment operations, product management, or financial services operations
  • Proven track record in managing operational controls, risk mitigation, and compliance in a banking environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-volume transaction processing and customer-facing operations
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, AML, and payment network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiencies and implement process improvements in a large-scale financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital payments, real-time payments, or treasury services at a major bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or operational risk (e.g., CRISC)
