Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for JP Morgan's asset management and investment banking practices in the EMEA region
  • Oversee a team of product managers and analysts, fostering innovation in financial products such as ETFs, mutual funds, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and sales teams, to ensure products meet regulatory standards and client needs
  • Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation and market research to launch and performance monitoring
  • Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend enhancements to existing JP Morgan offerings
  • Manage budgets and resources for product initiatives, optimizing for ROI in a dynamic financial services environment
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with JP Morgan's global risk management framework
  • Partner with technology teams to integrate AI and data analytics into product solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product development or management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a banking or asset management environment
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets, including MiFID II and GDPR
  • Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in fintech or investment banking
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA or FRM certification
  • Prior experience at a tier-1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
