  • Establish and maintain robust privacy governance structures, including policies, standards, and oversight mechanisms across global operations
  • Design and implement key performance metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor privacy program effectiveness and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing privacy program strategies, including risk assessments and control frameworks
  • Strong understanding of global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial-specific laws like GLBA and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to establish privacy metrics, reporting, and governance structures
