Your key focus will be on architecting the future of our privacy program, including the design of advanced metrics to measure program maturity and effectiveness. This includes conducting privacy impact assessments for high-stakes projects like digital banking platforms and AI-driven analytics, while fostering a culture of privacy awareness throughout the organization. Leveraging your deep expertise in financial industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and GLBA, you will identify emerging risks from technologies like cloud computing and big data, proposing innovative strategies to address them. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for JP Morgan Chase's Privacy Program, aligning with enterprise risk management and business objectives
• Establish and maintain robust privacy governance structures, including policies, standards, and oversight mechanisms across global operations
• Design and implement key performance metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor privacy program effectiveness and compliance
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate privacy controls into product development, data management, and technology platforms
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and risk analyses for new initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to respond to regulatory inquiries and enhance privacy maturity
• Drive continuous improvement in privacy training programs and awareness campaigns for employees and stakeholders
• Oversee the evaluation and adoption of privacy-enhancing technologies to support secure data handling in financial services
• Report privacy program status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees
• Foster partnerships with external regulators and industry groups to stay ahead of evolving privacy landscapes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in privacy, data governance, or compliance roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing privacy program strategies, including risk assessments and control frameworks
• Strong understanding of global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial-specific laws like GLBA and NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to establish privacy metrics, reporting, and governance structures
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-wide privacy initiatives in a large-scale financial institution
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CISSP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging privacy technologies and AI-driven data protection tools
• Prior involvement in regulatory audits and examinations for privacy compliance
• MBA or advanced certification in privacy management
