As Vice President of Privacy Program Strategy and Governance, you will lead the strategic development and oversight of our enterprise-wide privacy initiatives. Based in Jersey City, NJ, this role involves driving the creation of robust controls, metrics, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and alignment with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to ethical data practices. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Risk, Legal, Technology, and Business units to embed privacy by design into our operations, mitigating risks in a dynamic regulatory environment specific to banking and financial services. Your key focus will be on architecting the future of our privacy program, including the design of advanced metrics to measure program maturity and effectiveness. This includes conducting privacy impact assessments for high-stakes projects like digital banking platforms and AI-driven analytics, while fostering a culture of privacy awareness throughout the organization. Leveraging your deep expertise in financial industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and GLBA, you will identify emerging risks from technologies like cloud computing and big data, proposing innovative strategies to address them. This position demands a proactive leader who can translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable governance models, ensuring JP Morgan Chase remains a trusted steward of client information. In this influential role, you will report to the Head of Privacy and contribute to executive-level decision-making, influencing policies that impact millions of customers worldwide.
